Last Updated: 6/7/2014

Issue:

When a student logs in to Renaissance Place to take a STAR test, the student receives the message “Your test is invalid. Please see your teacher.”

Reason:

Typically, this message indicates the student has logged in and clicked to "Take a Test" on the computer while still logged in to a test session at another computer.

Resolution:

If the student is taking a STAR test on another computer, they should finish the test. If the test has been idle for some time, the test should be aborted to prevent an inaccurate score from being saved to the student’s record.
