Adobe Flash Player versions for Renaissance Learning products.

Resolution:

You may download Adobe Flash Player from the following Adobe web sites:

Windows

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP

Note: The Google Toolbar is not required for operation of Flash Player, and pop-up blockers may prevent Renaissance Place software from functioning as designed. See our KB article #4751376 for more information.

Macintosh

Macintosh OS X version 10.6 and above, and 10.4-10.5 Intel – http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP

Macintosh OS X version 10.4-10.5 Power PC processor – The latest version of Flash that can be used on these computers is version 10.1. Go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html, click on "Archived Versions", then click on the link for “Flash Player 10.1.102.64 and 9.0.289.0” (they are bundled together in the same zip file). Decompress the file if necessary and open the Flash Player 10.1.102.64 folder to locate the Adobe Flash Player installer. Double-click on the .dmg file (not the debug version) and follow the prompts to install.

Macintosh OS X version 10.3.9 – The latest version of Flash that can be used on these computers is version 9. Go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html, click on "Archived Versions", then click on the link for “Flash Player 10.1.102.64 and 9.0.289.0” (they are bundled together in the same zip file). Decompress the file if necessary and open the Flash Player 9.0.289.0 folder to locate the Adobe Flash Player installer. Double-click on the .dmg file (not the debug version) and follow the prompts to install.

Macintosh OS 9, Macintosh OS X with Internet Explorer 5, or Macintosh OS X version 10.2.8 with Safari  – The latest version of Flash that can be used on these computers is version 7. Use the instructions above to obtain Flash Player 7 from Adobe's archives. Note these installers will only run in Classic; they are not OS X native.
