Issue:

 

AlphaWord and Documents to Go are no longer printing after installing Write:OutLoud To Go.

 

Reason:

 

Installing Write:OutLoud To Go installs PrintBoy 6 to your Dana, but does not include files that are needed to print from AlphaWord and Documents To go. 

 

Resolution:

 

A free PrintBoy upgrade for registered Dana customers is available that will correct this issue.  To receive your free upgrade, go to http://www.bachmannsoftware.com/alphasmartwelcome.htm, click on "upgrade" and fill out a request form.
