Issue:

 

STAR Reading reports display a ZPD range of  0.0 – 0.0 (zero) for some students.

 

Reason:

 

This may occur in STAR Reading after upgrading to version 2.4.

 

Resolution:

 

This issue has been addressed in STAR Reading 2.4.1 (and above). The update to the most current version is available from our Download Center. For upgrade instructions, please see article #2447571.
