How can I find which System Software (ROM) version my Dana is running?

Product: Dana
Platform: Macintosh, Windows
Last Updated: 2010/05/18

Issue:

How can I find which System Software (ROM) version my Dana is running?

Resolution:

1)     Turn Dana on and press the <apps> key in the upper-right-hand corner of the keypad.

2)     Press the <menu> key.

3)     Under the App menu, tap "Info".

4)     Tap "Version".

5)     Hold the <function> key and press <i>.

The "Big Rom" version is the current system software version on the Dana.

Note: The Small Rom and Big Rom versions may not match after performing an upgrade.  This is normal, and should not cause alarm.
