Issue:
After installing Accelerated Grammar & Spelling version
1.0, or installing/upgrading to Accelerated Reader 6.3 or Accelerated Math 2.2,
only one user can access the student, quick scan or management application at a
time. Other users receive an error 16041.
Reason:
This will occur if you are running the application through
Terminal Services or Citrix, or if you have redirected the Documents and
Settings\All Users location to a single location on your server. The application is locking the preference
files for the first user to access the application and other users cannot
access the preferences properly.
Resolution:
This issue has been addressed in Accelerated Grammar &
Spelling version 1.01, Accelerated Math version 2.3, and Accelerated Reader
version 6.32. Updates to the current version of these programs are available
from our Download Center. For upgrade instructions, please see article #2447571.
