You may log in to Renaissance Home Connect on your computer running Windows XP with Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 using one of these browsers:

  • Internet Explorer® 7.x – 10.x
  • Firefox® 4.x or later
  • Chrome version 23 or later

Macintosh

You may log in to Renaissance Home Connect on your Macintosh computer running system 10.4 – 10.8 using one of these browsers:

  • Safari 3.x – 6.0
  • Firefox® 4.x or later
  • Chrome version 23 or later

Mobile Devices

Beginning in June 2013, Renaissance Home Connect can be accessed using a web browser on tablets 7 inches or larger.

If you are unable to log in to Renaissance Home Connect using a supported computer or device, see KB article #9155187.

Additional Requirements for Accelerated Math Live

The requirements to Work Online are slightly higher than other areas of Home Connect. If you are using Internet Explorer on a Windows computer, version 8 or higher is required. If you are using a supported version and are seeing the message to update your browser when clicking on “Open Accelerated Math”, disable the Compatibility View setting under the Tools Menu in Internet Explorer.

If your child is scoring printed Accelerated Math practices, you will also need a PDF reader to view/print the new practice, preferably Adobe Reader 9 or later. You may download Adobe Reader from the following Adobe web site:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Note: You may uncheck the option to install Chrome and Google Toolbar prior to downloading Adobe Reader. Neither of these components is required for Renaissance Home Connect.
